Kristin Jackson from The Hunted Interior's latest blog post on DIY Upholstery is great. We've always wanted to know more and eventually practicing reupholstering furniture. The post gives great tips on how to reupholster when, and pretty much only when, you feel your technique is mastered.  Of course, everything takes practice, as Kristin notes, "If you are questioning your ability, but still want to learn I suggest going to the thrift store picking up an inexpensive chair & use a muslin to practice upholstering with.  As with anything else, practice really does make perfect." We're also loving the navy check Caitlin Wilson fabric Kristin chose for this adorable chair.

The Skinny Confidential's recipe for Watermelon Jerky. We love dried fruits and veggies and are dying to try this. Consider this dehydrator on our next Christmas list. (It's only $50!) If you're not interesting in making your own, you can buy it from Sakara Life. How cute is their packaging? Great idea for gift baskets.

PAYDAY! Aka we couldn't not buy this Carmelita Pom Pom Clutch from Tuckernuck.
Also sold here.

This Taco Bout A Party theme is too fun. We always love Studio DIY's party theme ideas.

Our friend and former classmate, Sarah McBride's Tedx Talk about her journey as a transgender woman.  So proud of you Sarah!

These adorable canned wine spritzers. Pampelonne’s Rosé Lime flavor is made with French Muscadet infused with all natural lime, grapefruit juice, passion fruit, and sparking water.  Perfect for the beach! Can't wait to try these out at our next brunch!

Happy Friday Everyone!
